Howdy Folks!

Let us introduce ourselves...
We are Rick and Rachelly from the Netherlands!
Married since 06-06-06 at the Grand Canyon – which already says a lot about our love for the nature of America.

For years, we dreamed of owning a ranch house in the U.S. or Canada. But since we love our family and friends so much, the distance turned out to be just a little too far. Some of our family members already found a wonderful place in beautiful France, which made us start looking there as well. And that’s when we found Open Range – it was love at first sight!

We are both very active: Rachelly takes care of the animals with passion, while Rick is always building and fixing everything you can imagine. We love nature and take daily walks with our dogs. In short, we spend as much time outdoors as possible: horseback riding, UTV riding, mountain biking, hiking, and more!

In the Netherlands, we ran a successful chain of gyms for nearly 20 years, which we absolutely loved. But after two decades, we decided to sell and dive into this brand-new adventure with all our passion.

We look forward to meeting new people and sharing this incredible place with others.
